    Mr. Laundry provides automated, self-service laundry facilities in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. By using our facility and online portal, you agree to these terms.
  2. Access & SMS Verification
    To enter our facility, customers scan a QR code and verify their identity via a mobile phone number. We process your phone number solely for secure access verification, transaction receipts, and machine status notifications. We do not share your contact details with third parties for marketing purposes.
  3. Payments & Pricing
    All machine usages are paid via our secure online payment portal. Prices are clearly displayed before selecting a machine cycle. Payments are final once the wash or dry cycle is initiated.
  4. Facility & Safety Guidelines
  • Customers are responsible for checking garment care labels before using washing machines and dryers.
  • Please remove your laundry promptly once the cycle is completed.
  • Mr. Laundry is not liable for items left unattended, lost, or damaged due to improper machine settings.
  1. Video Surveillance (CCTV)
    For customer safety and property protection, our premises are monitored 24/7 by video surveillance. CCTV footage is stored securely in compliance with local privacy regulations.
