Step 1: Scan & Enter

Scan the QR code at the entrance with your smartphone camera. Enter your mobile number to receive a secure SMS verification link, tap “Open Door”, and step right in. No app download required.

Step 2: Choose Machine

Check real-time machine availability on our website or on the digital display inside. Select an available washer or dryer numbered 1, 2, or 3.

Step 3: Pay & Activate

Pay securely online using your preferred contactless method: Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Once confirmed, your selected machine activates automatically—no coins or tokens needed.

Step 4: Load & Start

Washing: Fill the drum up to ¾ capacity to ensure clothes tumble freely. Dispense one full cup of complimentary eco-friendly detergent directly onto your clothes inside the drum. Select the recommended program, adjust temperature if needed, and press start. Wash cycles take up to 1 hour.

Drying: Check the lint filter, fill the drum up to ⅔ capacity, choose the dedicated drying program, and press start.

Step 5: Relax in Baščaršija & Track Progress

You don’t need to wait beside the machine. Have coffee in Baščaršija or run your errands while our smart system tracks the cycle and sends an SMS notification 10 minutes before completion.

Step 6: Pick Up & Go

Collect your fresh items from Mr. Laundry self-service laundromat Sarajevo promptly when finished. If you used a dryer, simply empty the water container marked with a light blue circle at the disposal station and return it. (Note: If laundry is left unattended after cycle completion, the next guest may neatly transfer it to the numbered basket to keep machines accessible).

House Rules & Important Tips

• Capacity Limit: Keep loads under ¾ of drum volume for washing and ⅔ for drying to ensure optimal results.
• Detergent Included: Only use the eco-friendly detergent provided on-site in the recommended amount.
• Prohibited Items: Do not wash or dry shoes/trainers, bulky duvets, comforters, pillows, rugs, carpets, backpacks with hard hardware, or items stained with oil/fuel/solvents.
• Check Pockets: Remove all coins, keys, tissues, and sharp objects from pockets before loading.
• Travelling Same Day? Please allow plenty of buffer time before flights or departures in case of unforeseen cycle delays.
• Safety & Security: The facility is continuously monitored by CCTV 24/7 for guest safety and equipment protection.
• Shared Courtesy: Please leave the station neat and clean for the next visitor.
